A $100 monthly utility fee includes internet, water, sewer, trash services, lawn care, & snow removal.

Pet FeesList Item 4
We require a $350 non-refundable fee per pet due at move-in and a $40/month pet rent per pet.
We also require all residents to register with Pet Screening. This is $30 per household pet per year. $25 if paid by ACH. Fees do not apply to assistance animals.
