Southwood Crossing apartments comes with all appliances including in-unit washer and dryer. All apartments are unfurnished.

Is parking free?
Yes, parking is included at no extra charge. There are also EV-ready garages available to lease.
How do I pay for utilities?
Water, sewer, trash service, recycling and internet are included in your monthly utility and services fee. Be sure to check your lease for details.
How do I pay my rent?
It’s easy, you can do it online and through our app! You can also bring us a check or mail it to us.
